Suan Lum Night Bazaar is a lately manufactured market catering to tourist industry, but none the less exciting for that. It’s good worth a visit. What’s great about ‘Suan Lum’ is the amount of places to eat and drink – the market has a entirely fledged amusement area; a covered food court with live music on an lofty stage, lots of kinds of food, and German beers. It’s much less intense than some of the mainstream markets and presumably a more pleasant experience as a result. This is a wonderful place to pick up presents for people back home. If you have kids, or you are interested in Thai puppetry, Joe Louis Playhouse is in the Night Bazaar compound and worth a visit.

Details: The market is open from 18:00 to 02:00
